Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final <br />Construction of Intersection Improvements at SR60 and 43rd Avenue <br />August 20, 2024 <br />Recommended action: Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 2 and payment of Contractor's <br />Application for Payment No. 0853-42 in the amount of $688,231.05 and U-19 to <br />Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $47,068.62. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />IRC -0853 Change Order 2 <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />8.AX. 24-0612 Award of Bid No. 2024052, Victor Hart Park Restroom/Concession Building <br />(IRC -2420) <br />Recommended action: Staff recommends the project be awarded to Don Hinkle Construction, Inc. in the <br />amount of $873,556.50.
