Our focus is on delivering quality <br />childcare, support services, education and healthcare to enhance the wellbeing of children and their <br />families. Parents are engaged in the educational process and public policy decisions, awareness is raised <br />in the lifestyles of migrant, seasonal farmworkers and the rural poor. RCMA's vision is to be recognized as a <br />national role model in preparing rural low-income children for leadership in an increasingly diverse and <br />complex world. <br />
