FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR ANNUAL DAY LABOR SERVICES <br />This First Amendment to that certain. Agreement to provide Annual Day Labor Services <br />is entered into effective as of September 24, 20724 by and between Indian River County, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida ('!C0vvA30 and HireQuest Direct ("Contractor"). <br />BACkGROUND RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Contractor entered into an Agreement for AmuWDDay <br />Labor Services effective January 1, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to amend Feil* I to the � <br />Agreement — Pricing, as referenced in Article 4 — Contract Price. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the <br />Contractor agree as follows: <br />I <br />1. The background recitals are true and correct and, form a material part of this First <br />Amendment. { <br />2. Exhibit 1 Pricing is amended to reflect General Labor Homey Rate at $18.15 and <br />FDOT-MOT Certified Flagger Labor Hourly Rate at $18.85, effective October 1, 2024. <br />3.
