Titkanich, Jr., County Administrator <br />FROM: Zac Portwood, Acting Director of Information Technology <br />SUBJECT: MetroPCS Cell Radio Lease King's Highway First Amendment <br />BACKGROUND <br />In 2005, Indian River County Board of County Commissioners entered into a <br />lease agreement with MetroPCS California/Florida, Inc. (now known as <br />MetroPCS Florida, Inc a Delaware limited liability company and owned by T - <br />Mobile). The Agreement allowed MetroPCS to install and operate a <br />communications facility at Kings Highway Elevated Water Tank. MetroPCS <br />desires to enter into a First Amendment of this agreement. <br />FUNDING <br />There is no cost to the county as a result of this lease. However, the county will <br />receive revenue as a result of this lease agreement.
