Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br />BOOK <br />2/7/96(ENG)RES2.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- 129 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 6TH LANE, 40TH <br />AVENUE SW (SOUTH OF 5TH STREET SW) AND <br />DEUCE COURT IN WEST SIDE SUBDIVISION AND <br />OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY <br />OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO <br />BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />7 <br />99 m"E' 442 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, <br />by Resolution No. 9 6 -12 8 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare <br />of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning <br />property within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements <br />be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll <br />to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board <br />of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability <br />of making paving and drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, <br />as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed <br />against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
