Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 24, 2024 <br />River County Public Shooting Range Sporting Clays Trail Expansion Project <br />Recommended Action: Staff respectfully requests that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the <br />declaration of Promatic Inc. as the sole source for purchase of the clay target <br />throwing trap machines and associated accessories for the Indian River County <br />Shooting Range Sporting Clays Trail Expansion <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Promatic Sole Source Letter <br />Promatic Quote <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />8.T. 24-0756 Request Waiver of Bid Requirement and Approve Agreement with GrayMatter <br />Systems, LLC for Industrial Control System Design and Implementation Support <br />Services, IRCDUS Project ID 00.23.545 <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the agreement with GrayMatter Systems, LLC including the proposal and <br />task order services incorporated as Exhibit 1 for $312,676.98 and authorize the <br />Chairman to sign it after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and <br />legal sufficiency.
