("EDB"). Under Chapter <br />287.055, Florida Statutes, continuing services agreements may be utilized to obtain <br />professional services for projects with estimated construction value of $7.5 million or <br />less. <br />DISCUSSION• <br />Staff is ready to pursue design of new Fire Station 15, to be located at Solo 87rn Street, <br />and asked EDB to submit the attached scope of work, and associated Work Order #2 to <br />prepare design documents based on the plans they developed for Fire Station 7. <br />FUNDING• <br />Funding, in the amount of $309,100, will come from the Optional Sales Tax/Fire <br />Services/Fire Station #15 Construction account, number 31512022-o66510-20032. <br />Account Description <br />Account Number <br />Amount <br />Optional Sales Tax/Fire Services/Fire Station #15 <br />31512022-066510-20032 <br />$309,100 <br />Construction <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve Work Order#2 to EDB <br />and authorize the Chairman to sign, after review and approval by the County Attorney as <br />to form and legal sufficiency. <br />Attachment: <br />EDB Work Order #2 <br />85 <br />
