Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final November 5, 2024 <br />Nay: 1 - Commissioner Earman <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Moss, seconded by Chairman Adams, to <br />approve staff's recommendation for the Non -Emergency Coastal Construction <br />Access policy.The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Moss, and <br />Commissioner Lear <br />Nay: 1 - Commissioner Earman <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Loar, seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Flescher, to approve Resolution 2024-067, establishing fee schedule for private <br />use of County property for non -emergency and emergency coastal construction <br />access. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Earman, Commissioner <br />Moss, and Commissioner Loar <br />The Chairman called for a recess at 10:41 am and reconvened the meeting at 10:46 <br />with all members present. <br />F.
