Where the Applicant requires usage after the stipulated time, Applicant is required to pay additional charges including, but not limited to standard hourly/daily rates and any overage fees as set forth in the iG Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit B ("Fee Schedule"). AUTHORIZED USE, TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Premises are to be used by Ocean Strings Studio for the 6/7/25 Concert and The Soar Summer String Camp (the "Events"). (a) The Event may include the following activities: Live string instrumental studio performances and summer camp. (b) The hours of the Event shall be: • 6/7/2025, 1:00pm-1:45pm and 2:30pm to 3:15pm • 6/21/2025, 1:30pm-2:30pm (c) The Event shall be used for no other purpose whatsoever, unless prior written approval is requested in writing by Applicant and given by the County which approval shall be subject to availability but not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed so long as such request is submitted at least 90 days prior to the beginning of the License Duration.
