OR <br />40 <br />Director Hubbs responded to Commissioner Adams' inquiry and clarified the total <br />amount being recommended ended up being less than the total amount budgeted. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Stanbridge, the Board unanimously accepted the <br />following: a) approved the overall SCADA (Supervisory Control <br />and Data Acquisition) plan for a single comprehensive <br />countywide water production SCADA system to serve the <br />County's water production division; b) approved the overall <br />budget estimate in the total amount of $207,700, as presented; <br />c) accepted and approved Work Authorization No. 1 from <br />ROCHA Controls, Inc., in the amount of $18,084, to perform <br />Phase I scope of work; and d) approved the proposed work <br />authorization to ROCHA Controls Inc., as presented, and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute same, as recommended in <br />the memorandum. <br />DOCUMENT IS (PENDING CORPORATE CLARIFICATION) ON I ILE <br />IN THE OI:PICE OP TI If: CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />B.A.I.
