40
40
: 40
CDMCamp Dresser & McKee Inc.
e. Correlation between related parameters such as total dissolved solids and specific
conductance.
f. Discussion of erratic and/or poorly correlated data.
g. An interpretation of the ground water contour maps, including an evaluation of ground
water flow rates.
h. An evaluation of the adequacy of the water quality monitoring frequency and sampling
locations based upon site conditions.
This report must be signed and sealed pursuant to Florida Statutes (F.S.) Chapters 471 and 492
which require that documents requiring the practice of professional engineering or professional
geology, as described in Chapter 471 or 492, F.S., be signed and sealed by the professional($) who
prepared or approved then. This certification must be made by a registered professional who is able
to demonstrate competence in the subject area(s) addressed within the sealed document.
The scope and budget for this task are based on updating existing tables and graphs which
were previously generated and presented in the previous biennial water quality report (1997 —
1998). CDM will develop tabular and graphical presentation for the inorganic and indicator
parameters for each of the 23 wells. Hydrographs for each well will be developed and
compared with rainfall data. The detected organic parameter data for the sampling period will
be summarized in tabular form. Graphs will be developed if the organic data have multiple
"hits" for the same parameter at a well location.
CDM will review the data and perform a trend analysis for each indicator parameter or
inorganic parameter value for the 23 wells. The trend analysis will discuss the increase or
decrease of a parameter over time, as depicted in the graphical data. As required by the
regulations, a correlation analysis will be run between corresponding parameters values for
upgradient and downgradient wells. CDM will also prepare a discussion of erratic or poorly
correlated data, and provide an evaluation of the adequacy of the existing monitoring well
locations and monitoring frequency.
Groundwater contour maps have been prepared for the sampling events of 1999 and 2000 and
will be incorporated into the report. The report will be submitted to Indian River County in
both hard copy and electronic format. CDM will submit the report to FDEP on behalf of Indian
River County and will respond to 1 round of questions by FDEP.
SCHEDULE
It is estimated that it will take approximately twelve (12) weeks from the time that CDM
receives notice to proceed to complete the work outlined in Task 100.
N:4A?MJ=pABz-W Rep nW,_(IIIjWUA.
