<br />RELEASE OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT --,
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a temporary construction easement
<br />executed by Crazy Woman Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation, on July 17, 1990; and
<br />WHEREAS, the temporary construction easement was acquired in connection with
<br />Indian River County's roadway improvements on Indian River Boulevard, Phase IV; and

<br />WHEREAS, the construction is complete and Indian River County no longer —'
<br />requires the temporary construction easement; S-

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, this Release of Temporary Construction Easement is ^�
<br />executed by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, the mailing address of which is 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, FL 32960, GRANTOR, to release and abandon all rights, title, and interest that ..
<br />Indian River County may have in the following described easement to Riverfront Groves, w
<br />Inc., f/k/a Crazy Woman Properties, Inc., the address of which is C/O Michael O'Haire, ca
<br />Esq., 3111 Cardinal Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963, its successors in interest, heirs, and
<br />assigns, as the owners of the underlying fee simple absolute estate:
<br />Temporary construction easement recorded in the public records of
<br />Indian River County at O. R. Book 870, Pages 887-890.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
