40 <br />NOTES: <br />1. All fill material shall be sand which is similar to that already <br />existing on the site (beach) in both coloration and grain size. <br />2. All fill material shall be free of construction debris, rock, <br />clay or other foreign matter. <br />3. All fill material shall be obtained from a source landward of the <br />construction control line of from a source authorized pursuant to <br />Section 161.041, F.S. <br />4. All fill material, in general, shall not contain greater than 5% <br />fines (passing #200 sieve) or gravel exclusive of shell material <br />(retained by the #4 sieve) and free of coarse gravel or cobbles. <br />5. All fill material shall be weighed (scaled) at the facility and <br />a ticket issued for each load. Tickets shall be given to County <br />staff at the location. <br />6. All fill material shall not exceed a 7% moisture content. <br />7. All fill material shall be inspected by County staff upon arrival <br />and in the event the above conditions are not met, the contractor <br />will immediately stop supplying such material. Any unsuitable <br />material shall be removed at the expense of the contractor. <br />8.
