Resolution Accepting Dedication of Right -of -Way and Cancelling Taxes - <br />Dixie Oak Manor, Inc. <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of October 17, 1996: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: V7f 1 William G. Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: October 17, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: A Resolution to Accept Dedication of Right -Of -Way and to <br />Cancel Taxes on Same <br />A resolution has been prepared for the purpose of accepting a right-of-way <br />dedication and cancelling any delinquent or current taxes which may exist on <br />the following property acquired by Indian River County for public purpose: <br />Right -of -Way acquired from Dixie Oak Manor, Inc., a Florida corporation, <br />which right-of-way is fully described in that Right Of Way Deed recorded <br />in Official Record Book 1122 at Pages 2009-2010, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the <br />Resolution accepting the dedication and cancelling certain taxes upon publicly <br />owned lands, and the Clerk to send a certified copy of same to the Tax <br />Collector so that any delinquent or current taxes can be cancelled. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 96-133 accepting a right-of-way <br />dedication and cancelling certain taxes upon <br />publicly owned lands, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />42 <br />November 5, 1996 <br />
