A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />RYAN L. BUTLER, CLERK <br />FWC Agreement No. # 24230 <br />Section 38. USE OF SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS <br />Unless superseded or otherwise further described in Attachments A, if the Recipient intends to use a small <br />unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) at any time throughout the duration of the Agreement, the Recipient shall <br />request approval from the Commission, in writing, prior to use. Upon request by the Commission, the Recipient <br />shall provide all required documentation, such as license or certification, flight plans, and registrations. The <br />Commission will notify the Recipient in writing of the approval or rejection of the request. If approved, the <br />Recipient will be provided with the Commission's policies, and is responsible and liable for adhering to any and <br />all rules and regulations, including the Commissions policies, applicable to operating sUAS. <br />Section 39. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br />This Agreement with all incorporated attachments and exhibits represents the entire Agreement of the Parties. Any <br />alterations, variations, changes, modifications or waivers of provisions of this Agreement shall only be valid when <br />they have been reduced to writing, and duly signed by each of the Parties hereto, unless otherwise provided <br />herein.
