Mehta, P.E. <br />20 December 2024 <br />Page 11 <br />December 2025, and the corresponding reporting will be completed no later than 45 days <br />after testing. <br />Phase 7 Technical and Miscellaneous Permit Compliance Support and Reporting <br />Under this phase, Geosyntec will provide the SWDD with technical support and miscellaneous <br />permit compliance support services related to the Class I landfill and C&D disposal facility on an <br />as -needed basis. These services may include: <br />• reporting required by the Multi -Sector Generic Permit for stormwater discharge; <br />• assist the SWDD in updating the draft SWPPP that was completed and submitted to the <br />SWDD; <br />• quarterly monitoring and reporting of the LFG monitoring wells located at the perimeter <br />of the site and also in enclosed structures; <br />• miscellaneous permit and compliance support services; <br />• assistance with preparing annual budgets for the SWDD; <br />• preparing agenda items for and attending the SWDD Board of County Commissioners <br />meetings upon request; <br />• quarterly methane readings as required by the Class I landfill permit; <br />• sampling and reporting for additional monitoring wells and surface water for the C&D <br />debris disposal facility depending on the results of the semi-annual and quarterly <br />sampling and analytical testing; and <br />• other services as needed. <br />As part of these services, Geosyntec proposes to assist the SWDD with the evaluation and <br />resolution of issues pertaining to the cxceedances in select analytes of the C&D debris disposal <br />facility and Class 1 landfill monitoring wells and surface sample sites should these issues arise. <br />NCP2323548/JL23073_2025 Compliance Monitoring Proposal <br />on};ineers I scientists I innovators <br />
