Engineering Design <br />Services —Administration Complex to EOC <br />DATE: June 11t, 2022 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Work Order No. 50 is in support of the Board's direction on December 141h, 2021 to provide <br />the Indian River County Sheriff's Office with access to the Indian River County traffic camera <br />system. <br />On April 17, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Continuing Consulting <br />Engineering Service Agreement for Professional Services with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />The purpose of Work Order No. 50 is to retain engineering design services to support the <br />development of construction documents and obtain jurisdictional approvals to expand the <br />County's fiber network facilities between the Administrative Building on 27th Street and the <br />Emergency Operations Center on 43rd Avenue, approximately 4.0 miles. The intended utility <br />corridor is intended to consist of Indian River Farms Water Control District (IRFWCD) Main Relief <br />Canal and 43rd Avenue roadway rights-of-way. The Consultant will integrate existing fiber <br />infrastructure into the proposed plan, where available.
