9-1-1 SERVICES AND <br />SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This 9-1-1 Services and Software License Agreement (this "Agreement'), together with any other documents incorporated into this <br />Agreement by reference (including all Exhibits to this Agreement, including the General Terms and Conditions of Software License, <br />which are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, constitute the sole and entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject <br />matter of this Agreement and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, <br />both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. <br />The exhibits, attachments and appendices referred to in this Agreement are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are an <br />integral part of this Agreement to the same extent as if they were set forth verbatim in this Agreement, and the Parties have read, <br />understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of all such exhibits, attachments, and appendices. <br />Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, below will have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms and Conditions of <br />Software License attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A and incorporated into this Agreement by reference in their entirety. <br />1.
