November 12, 1996 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, .1 <br />November 12, <br />1996, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Fran B. Adams, Chairman; Carolyn <br />K. Eggert, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Kenneth R. Macht; and <br />John W. Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />"PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Adams called the meeting to order. Planning Director <br />Stan Boling gave the Invocation, and Commissioner Bird led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert requested six additions to today's Agenda: <br />1. Item 5-B, Proclamation Honoring Richard N. <br />"Dick" Bird. <br />2. Item 5-C, Comments by Commissioner Bird. <br />3. Item 7-N, Wal-Mart Developer's Agreement. <br />4. Item 7-0, Dedication of South County Park to Richard N. <br />"Dick" Bird. <br />5. <br />Item <br />7-P, <br />AGC Scrub <br />LAAC Site <br />Changes to be Initialed. <br />6. <br />Item <br />12, <br />Auction of <br />Old County <br />Courthouse. <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of Item 13-C, general <br />comments. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to the Agenda. <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1996 <br />1 <br />800K 99 pg� <br />0,666 <br />
