Shuler, County Attorney <br />4. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA / EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Loar, seconded by Commissioner Moss, to <br />approve the Agenda as presented. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />5. PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 25-0294 Presentation of Proclamation Honoring African American Pioneer Tyrone Perry <br />Recommended action: Recommend Read & Present. <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />After reading Coach Perry's many accomplishments, Commissioner Earman added <br />his praise for all the lives Mr. Perry had touched in the community. Chairman Flescher <br />shared a story of his son's appreciation for Mr. Perry's impact on his life. <br />Mr. Perry thanked the people in his life for their support, and expressed his life-long <br />desire to give back to the community; family, friends, and co-workers were in <br />attendance. He was joined at the podium by his cousin who told of his humility, <br />dedication, and mentorship of the people in the community.
