In the event of any of these documents conflict, the conflict will be resolved in the <br />following order of priority (highest to lowest): <br />Amendments to this Agreement in reverse order. <br />Attachment A <br />This Agreement and Attachments B through I, in order. <br />(23) RETURN OF FUNDS <br />All refunds or repayments due to the Department under this Agreement are to be made <br />payable to the order of "Department of Management Services" and mailed directly to <br />the following address: <br />Department of Management Services <br />Financial Management Services <br />4050 Esplanade Way <br />Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950 <br />In accordance with section 215.34(2), F.S., if a check or other draft is returned to the <br />Department for collection, the Recipient shall pay the Department a service fee of <br />$15.00 or five percent (5%) of the face amount of the returned check or draft, <br />whichever is greater. <br />(24) 911 PROVISIONS <br />A. Pursuant to s. 365.177, F.S., the Department developed a plan to upgrade all 911 <br />PSAP(s) within the state to allow the transfer of an emergency call from one local, <br />multijurisdictional, or regional 911 system to another local, multijurisdictional, or <br />regional 911 system in the state.
