The use of <br />Federal funding for the maintenance of the acquired property before and during construction is not allowable <br />for off -system projects. The resolution endorses FDOT's delivery of the project that is within the local agency's <br />right of way or local jurisdiction. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The County will be responsible for the maintenance of all property acquired for right-of-way prior to and <br />during construction which includes responding to and addressing Code Enforcement violations and complaints <br />from the public as well as any required mowing and litter removal during construction. <br />BUDGETARY IMPACT <br />Maintenance expenses of the acquired properties will be included in the Public Works Road and Bridge <br />Division budget.
