<br />lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public
<br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, less that portion deeded by Quit Claim Deed to Indian River County, a political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, in Official Records Book 2170, Page 447, Public Records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The above legal description is the same as follows:
<br />A parcel of land being a portion of Tracts 2, 7 and 8, Section 9, Township 33 South, Range 38 East,
<br />Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records
<br />of St. Lucie (now Indian River) County, Florida, said parcel lying in Indian River County, Florida
<br />and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commence at the Northwest comer of said Tract 2; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 26 seconds
<br />East, along the North line of said Tract, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 01
<br />minutes 00 seconds East, along a line that is 30.00 feet East of, as measured at right angles to, the
<br />West line of said Tract 2, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning of the herein described
<br />parcel of land; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 38 seconds East, along a line that is 30.00 feet
<br />South of, as measured at right angles to, the North line of said Tract 2, a distance of 1309.17 feet
<br />to a point on the East line of said Tract 2; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 40 seconds West
