Consultants (Civil, Landscape, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers, etc.) <br />to be reimbursed at cost billed to Architect. <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />The following items are excluded from this proposal: <br />1. CSI Full Specification Book. Product specifications will be noted and <br />specified in the drawings. <br />2. Detailed Cost Estimate <br />3. Renderings <br />4. Presentation to the City Commission and Community Organizations. <br />5. Environmental Testing Services <br />6. IT and Security Services <br />7. Security Access Programing and Design <br />8. Three dimensional renderings or virtual tours. <br />9. As -Built measuring of all spaces. The County shall provide base CAD floor <br />and ceiling plans for use by our office. <br />We thank you for the opportunity to offer you these services.
