What is a Developer's Agreement? <br />• It is a contractual obligation on both parties and <br />shall be reviewed on an annual basis to assure <br />compliance with the contract by the parties. <br />• It is memorialization in many cases of the vested <br />rights that developers have to their property. <br />What Developer's Agreement is Not <br />• It is not an instrument used to renegotiate already <br />vested rights of the developer. <br />• It is not a tool to try to circumvent or skirt <br />obligations or limitations that are imposed by <br />development law. <br />• It is not an eternal document that can be amended. <br />
