Audit Approach <br />Technology and Four Audit <br />Weekly Status Calls <br />While not a direct tool in the Suralink <br />Engagement, one of our best <br />practices during audit fieldwork and <br />the subsequent wrap-up phase is to <br />schedule a weekly status call to address <br />any questions in need of a conversation, <br />discuss deliverables and projected <br />completion timing, etc. Sometimes these <br />calls may last five minutes or even be <br />cancelled, but by having a standing call <br />on the calendar every week, we've found <br />this to be a great tool to keep everyone <br />on the same page and leave no one in <br />the dark on where we are in the grand <br />scheme of things, whether it be you <br />wanting to understand the status of the <br />audit or us looking for the latest ETA on <br />the last few outstanding items needed to <br />complete the audit. <br />Overall, our implementation of <br />Suralink Engagements has been <br />a game -changer for our team and <br />clients alike.
