Re: It was great to meet yo:u
RR WOW- AREA"
It was so great to meet you too! Sorry I have been a bit lax in responding to you. My very best friend.
has been in hospice since last week and I have been "other" focused. That said, it did give me. some
time to think about CSAC and what your expectations would be of me, and mine of course. I know
this will be a disappointment but I think I will have to pass for now. Leafing through the 'binder" was
a good exercise to appreciate the vastness of the program. I probably do not have the bandwidth to
give it i00% right now. I am so sorry. I will drop off the binder by the end of the week. If you can
think of a smaller role let me know. All the very best,
Jan
On Thu, Apr 10, 2025 at 11:33 AM Megan Kendrick <mkendrick((Zindianriver.gov> wrote:
Hi Jan,
Thank you again for taking the time.to meet with me this week and for your interest in CSAC. l really
appreciated our conversation and the chance to hear more about your background.
I completely understand wanting to take some time to think things through, and I respect that. I just,
wanted to let you know that I truly believe your experience in finance and the nonprofit world would be a
huge asset to the committee—especially as we work on strengthening our grant application, process,
and overall systems.
No pressure at all just know that I'd love to have your perspective at the table if you decide to move
forward. Please don't hesitate to reach out if any questions come up or if you'd like to talk more.
Thanks again for considering it.
With gratitude,
. _
2
35
