Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final April 22, 2025 9.J. 25-0463 Pulte Home Company, LLC's Request for Final Plat Approval for Costa Pointe PD Phase 2 [PD -21-06-07 / 99040218-96821] Recommended action: Staff recommend that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval for Costa Pointe PD Phase 2. Attachments: Location Map Final Plat Layout Approved staffs recommendation 9.K. 25-0465 VB 40 Development Group, LLC's Request for Final Plat Approval for a subdivision called Riviera Lake [SD -21-06-07 / 99040218-968211 Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the BCC grant final plat approval for the Riviera Lake subdivision. Attachments: Location Map Final Plat Layout Commissioner Moss pulled the item to discuss whether the required project improvements had changed since 2017, and which ones still had not been completed at this time. Assistant Planning and Development Services Director Ryan Sweeney provided that the required improvements did not change as the developer began construction within the 5 -year window following plat approval. He added that the infrastructure was complete, and only onsite landscaping and clean-up remained. A motion was made by Commissioner Moss, seconded by Commissioner Adams, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Lear, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner Earman, and Commissioner Moss 9.L. 25-0466 Pulte Home Company, LLC's Request for Final Plat Approval for Harbor Isle Phase 2 [SD -20-11-04 / 99070005-96349] Recommended Action: Staff recommend that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval for Harbor Isle Phase 2.
