GANBIN III, KELLY L. <br />JACKSON and SEACOAST NATIONAL <br />BANK, et. al. <br />Respondents. <br />CASE NO. 312022 CA 000118 <br />PARCEL NO. 128 <br />AMENDMENT TO FINAL JUDGMENT <br />THIS MATTER came before the Court on Petitioner's Motion to Correct Scrivener's <br />Error in a Final Judgment entered herein on April 17, 2025 and after being duly advised <br />in the premises, finds that the Final Judgment contains a scrivener's error of $64,240.00 <br />and it is thus <br />ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Paragraph 3 is amended to reflect a deposit <br />payment of $63,840.00 and Paragraph 3 is amended to read: <br />3. Within twenty (20) days from entry of this Amendment to Final <br />Judgment, Petitioner shall deposit Sixty -Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty <br />and 00/100 ($63,840.00) Dollars into the Court Registry.
