In the event the Applicant hires employees for the Event <br />Florida Statutory Coverage <br />or is otherwise required to carry workers' compensation <br />i <br />insurance, the Applicant will provide evidence of <br />workers' compensation insurance or exemption as <br />required by Florida Workers Compensation Law as <br />defined in Chapter 440, Florida Statutes. Applicant will <br />assume responsibility for Applicant's discretion in <br />confirming that all of the Applicant's contractors or <br />subcontractors engaged in work for the Event have the <br />appropriate workers' compensation coverage.
