SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this Ordinance are severable; and <br />if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or provision is held invalid by any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Ordinance shall not be affected <br />thereby. <br />SECTION 6. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 7. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the Board, and it is hereby <br />ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the <br />Indian River County Code of Ordinances; that the sections of this Ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intentions; and that the word "Ordinance" <br />shall be changed to "Section" or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE. A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed in <br />the Department of State by the Clerk of the Board within ten (10) days after enactment by <br />the Board and shall take effect as provided by law. <br />The ordinance was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Susan Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Joseph E. Flescher , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
