Pre -Award Authority <br />This award is using Pre -Award Authority. <br />Does this application include suballocation funds? <br />Recipient organization is the Designated Recipient and can apply for and receive these apportioned <br />funds. <br />Will this Grant be using Lapsing Funds? <br />No Selection Made <br />Will indirect costs be applied to this application? <br />This award does not include an indirect cost rate. <br />Indirect Rate Details: N/A <br />Requires E.O. 12372 Review <br />No, this application does not require E.O. 12372 Review. <br />Delinquent Federal Debt <br />No, my organization does not have delinquent federal debt. <br />Award Description <br />Purpose <br />The purpose of this combined FY 2024/5 FTA section 5307/5339 supergrant is to provide capital <br />assistance, operating assistance, ADA-paratransit operating assistance, and preventive maintenance <br />for public transportation in Indian River County, which consists of the GoLine fixed -route system and the <br />Community Coach demand -response service. <br />Activities to be performed: <br />The activities will replace vehicles and equipment that have exceeded useful life requirements, <br />purchase training equipment, construct an additional bus maintenance structure at the existing transit <br />administration complex, and perform monthly service and repairs for all vehicles. The activities are <br />necessary to maintain a reliable public transportation system. Indian River County will ensure that all <br />vehicles purchased are accessible, purchased from an FTA approved TVM, and reported to FTA within <br />30 days after contract is signed. <br />Expected outcomes: <br />Funding will permit Indian River County to continue to provide safe and reliable public transportation <br />service. <br />Intended beneficiaries: <br />Most riders are dependent on the GoLine and Community Coach to get to employment, school, medical, <br />shopping, and tourism -related destinations. <br />Subrecipient Activities: <br />None <br />Application Point of Contact Information <br />First Name Last Name Title E-mail Address Phone <br />193 <br />
