SECTION 12. APPLICATION OF ASSESSMENT PROCEEDS. Proceeds <br />derived by the County from Solid Waste Collection Assessments shall be used for the <br />provision of Solid Waste management and collection services, facilities, and programs <br />provided to Residential Property within the Solid Waste Collection MSBU. In the event <br />there. is any fund balance remaining at the end of the Fiscal Year, such balance shall be <br />carried forward and ,used only to fund solid waste management and collection services, <br />facilities; and programs. <br />SECTION 13. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Initial Assessment Resolution shall <br />take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />15 <br />
