2025036 ASL Interpretation Services Exhibit 1 to the Agreement - Pricing Service Unit Rate Details ASL on-site within Indian River County Hour $100.00 Regular business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ASL on-site within Indian River County Hour $125.00 Weekends, after-hours and rush requests. Scheduled VRI ASL Hour $95.00 Regular business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Scheduled VRI ASL Hour $118.00 Weekends, after-hours and rush requests. On -demand VRI ASL Minute $2.50 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • We adhere to the industry standard of a two-hour minimum for on-site assignments, with billing in 30 -minute increments thereafter. For sessions lasting more than one hour of continuous interpretation, we either assign two interpreters to ensure optimal performance or require confirmation that the interpreter will receive appropriate breaks and %rill not, be interpreting continuously for the entire duration. • For scheduled VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) assignments, we observe a one-hour minimum, also billed in 30 -minute increments. On -demand VRI is billed by the minute, and no minimum applies. • To ensure smooth coverage, we kindly request that assignments be submitted at least one week in advance whenever possible. This allows us to allocate resources effectively and meet the County's needs in a timely manner. • Requests confirmed with less than one (1) business day's notice are considered "emergency assignments" and will incur a 25% surcharge on the hourly rate due to the expedited coordination required. • A 25% surcharge on the hourly rate also applies to assignments scheduled during non -business hours or weekends. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled assignment time will be billed in full for the reserved duration.
