BUTLER, CLERK <br />Pursuant to ssection 252.38(1)(c), Florida Statutes„ the County Emergency Management <br />Agency shall perform enierge'ncy management functions within the territorial limits, of the <br />county within Which it is organized and, in addition, shall conduct such activities outside.. <br />its territorial limits as are required pursuant to sections 252.31-252.90, Florida Statutes, <br />and in accordance with state and county emergency management plans and mutual'aid <br />agreements. Florida Statutes, Emergency management <br />powers of political subdivisions. <br />REPORTING REQUIREMENT$ <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />Deliverables`Due <br />'Updates OnlyDnly <br />Updates Only <br />Q2 TASK 1: TRAINING AND EXERCISE <br />INTEGRATED PREPAREDNESS PLAN (IPP) <br />The County Emergency Management Agency shall be required to engage senior leaders <br />and other whole community stakeholders to identify preparedness priorities specific to <br />training and -exercise needs, which will guide developmeritof the county's multi -year -IPP. <br />The IPP should identify,a combination of planning, training and.exercise activities that <br />address preparedness priorities and capability gaps based on planning efforts, hazard <br />and risk assessments, and exercise/incident after -action reviews (AARs). <br />The State of Florida uses the Integrated Preparedness Plan Workshop (IPPW)`process <br />to synchronize local IPP's into a statewide IPP. Sub -Recipients shall have a <br />representative participate in their.Regional IPPW, and EMPG funded personnel are <br />encouraged to attend. <br />To demonstrate successful completion, the'Recipient must submit the following in DEMES: <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Submit the County 2028-2029 IPP Data Sheets by January 12, 2026, in DEMES <br />Proof of participation by a representative of the Subrecipient in the appropriate <br />Regional IPP Workshop (IPPW) . <br />24 <br />
