("AACE") to perform the <br />following services: <br />Complete Subsurface Soil Explorations and Geotechnical Engineering Consulting for the 32"° AVENUE <br />IMPROVEMENTS project, as detailed herein. <br />Estimated Budget: <br />$6,585.00 <br />Payment Terms: <br />Net 30 days from invoice date; invoices will be sent every four weeks for continued or extended projects. <br />Interest charges, 1'/2% per month following the due date. <br />Proposal Acceptance: <br />By accepting this Proposal, the Terms and Conditions of this Proposal, including the Terms on this page, and <br />Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc.'s General Conditions appearing on the reverse side of this page are <br />incorporated herein by reference.
