The Division supports this goal by administering the Housing Choice <br /> Voucher (HCV), Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV), and Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing_(VASH)_programs,, <br /> which enable low-income families, elderly individuals, veterans, and persons with disabilities to access affordable <br /> housing throughout the county. In collaboration with local agencies and communi_partners, the Housing, <br /> Services Division works to improve service delivery,,_promote housing stability, and support self-sufficiency.
