FY 2025 EMPA <br />AGREEMENT <br />EXHIBIT 2—EM DIRECTOR <br />CERTIFICATION <br />In accordance with the 2025 Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance <br />Grant agreement, which shall begin July 1, 2025, and shall end on June 30, 2026, and to <br />remain consistent with section 252.38(1)(c), Florida Statutes and Rules 27P-19.005(4) <br />and (5), Florida Administrative Code, in order to receive EMPA funding, each County <br />Emergency Management Agency shall annually certify on their Exhibit 3 their <br />commitment to employ and maintain a Director. <br />I, John A.
