NOTICE OF INTENT TO RENEW PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />NOW on this day of July 2025, pursuant to Section 2 of the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Indian River County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida ("County"), and SteepSteel, <br />LLC ("SteepSteel"), dated September 15, 2020 ("PSA"), the County hereby provides SteepSteel notice of <br />its election to exercise the Renewal Option to extend the PSA for an additional term of five (5) years from <br />September 15, 2025. <br />All terms of the September 15, 2020 Agreement remain in full force and effect for the duration of <br />the Agreement. <br />AGREED AND ACCEPTED: <br />SteepSteel, LLC Indian River County <br />James Kennedy, Manager Joseph E.
