Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final June 3, 2025 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Chairman Flescher, <br />renewing Dental ASO with Ameritas to include modifying coverage for annual <br />cleanings from once every six months to two (2) times per year. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Chairman Flescher, <br />moving COBRA and FSA services to LivelyMe. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Vice Chairman Loar, <br />ending Kannact Diabetes Management Program effective 9/30/2025 and <br />transitioning care to Marathon Health Center. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner <br />Earman, extending the agreement with Lantern for elective surgery. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner <br />Earman, continuing Life, Disability, EAP, Vision, Critical Illness, and Accident <br />Benefits with no increase in premiums. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner <br />Earman, selecting Rightway to provide navigation and advocacy benefits in <br />place of Health Advocate.
