RECITALS WHEREAS, the Department and the Agency on 9/29/2023 (date original Agreement entered) entered into a Public Transportation Grant Agreement ("Agreement'). WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
