• For new crosswalk, design pedestrian signal equipment, conduit runs, pullboxes and <br />connection to the existing signal controller. Address comments and resubmit as necessary to obtain permit. <br />PHASE 3 — Bidding and Construction <br />A. Bidding <br />• Provide bid quantities and civil documents to COUNTY. COUNTY will solicit bids. <br />• Attend pre-bid meeting. Pre-bid meeting to be scheduled and conducted by COUNTY. <br />• Provide clarifications upon request. <br />B.
