It was at that psychiatric evaluation that the <br />tide began to turn rather dramatically in that the psychiatrist' <br />opinion was that Mr. Schuckers would not be able to return to work <br />based upon psychiatric trauma that he had suffered as a result of <br />his injury. It is that psychiatric overlay and depression we f <br />dealing with in this are <br />proposed settlement. <br />Mrs. Jordan reported that staff came away from the mediation <br />with the proposal that is before the Board.
