SECTION 3. The said assessment levies on assessable lands within the District to be <br />levied upon, are hereby certified to the Indian River County Property Appraiser, to be <br />extended on the Indian River County Tax Roll and shall be collected by the Tax Collector in <br />the same manner and time as Indian River County taxes. The proceeds therefrom shall be paid <br />to the District. <br />SECTION 4.
