RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 060 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />DECLARING A PORTION OF LAND LOCATED IN RIVER BOAT <br />CLUB SUBDIVISION SURPLUS AND DEEDING ANY AND ALL <br />INTEREST TO THE RIVER BOAT CLUB POA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County (hereinafter "County") was dedicated via River Boat Club <br />plat, located at Plat Book 14, Page 39, an interest in the riparian land abutting 95ffi Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the River Boat Club POA has approached the County in regard to said riparian <br />land in a letter requesting that the riparian land be deeded to them; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of said riparian land, or portion thereof, as described in the River <br />Boat Club plat, serves no public purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, the County may dispose of this property pursuant to Chapter 106 of the Indian <br />River County Code, which first requires the property to be declared surplus prior to disposal; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY: <br />1. Declare the land to be surplus, and <br />2. Declare and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the interest dedicated <br />to it via the River Boat Club Plat, located at Plat Book 14, Page 39 via quit claim deed to <br />River Boat Club Property Owners' Association, Inc. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Deryl IrW seconded <br />by Commissioner .Joeefh E. Flescher , and adopted on the 7th day of October, 2025, by the <br />following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
