<br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 7th day of October, 2025, by INDIAN RIVER
<br />COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th
<br />Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("Grantor") to RIVER BOAT CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS'
<br />ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, whose mailing address is 5300 95th
<br />Street, Sebastian, FL 32958 ("Grantee").
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid by
<br />Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, does hereby quit -claim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the
<br />right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the following described lot,
<br />piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Being a parcel of partially submerged lands lying in Section 21, Township 31 South,
<br />Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida. Said parcel also being a portion of the
<br />plat entitled THE RIVER BOAT CLUB, as recorded in plat book 14, page 39, of the
<br />public records of Indian River County, Florida. Said parcel being more particularly
<br />described as:
<br />Begin at the southeast corner of said plat of THE RIVER BOAT CLUB, said point
<br />being on the south right-of-way line of 951h Street as shown on said plat. Thence
<br />run N 89°32'47" W along said south right of way line of 95th street, said line also
<br />being the south line of said plat, to a point of intersection of said right-of-way line
<br />with the top of bank of canal as delineated on said plat; thence meander northerly
<br />and easterly along said platted top of bank to its intersection with the easterly line of
<br />said plat, said line also being the west line of a certain dock easement as recorded
<br />in official records book 909, page 1095, public records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida; thence run southeasterly along said west line to the point of beginning.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its
<br />name by its Board of County Commissioners acting by the Chair of said board and sealed these
<br />presents the day and year first above written.
