County are also subject to change, including reduction or elimination, by change of State <br />law or changes in the facts or circumstances according to which certain of the Non -Ad <br />Valorem Revenues are allocated. In addition, the amount of certain of the Non -Ad <br />Valorem Revenues collected by the County is directly related to the general economy of <br />the County and the State. Accordingly, adverse economic conditions could have a material <br />adverse effect on the amount of Non -Ad Valorem Revenues collected by the County. The <br />County may in the future specifically pledge certain of the Non -Ad Valorem Revenues or <br />covenant to budget and appropriate Non -Ad Valorem Revenues of the County to its <br />obligations.
