The County has covenanted and <br />agreed in the Resolution to appropriate in its annual budget, by amendment, if necessary, <br />from Non -Ad Valorem Revenues, amounts sufficient to pay the principal of and interest <br />on the Series 2025 Bonds when due in the manner and to the extent provided in the <br />Resolution.
