THE PROJECT <br />The project funded by the Series 2025 Bonds (the "Project") generally consists of <br />the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of certain capital improvements to <br />the County's Sandridge Golf Course (the "Golf Course") facilities. The Project includes a <br />new clubhouse facility which will provide approximately 19,000 square feet of indoor <br />space and additional outdoor spaces, bringing the total square footage to approximately <br />22,000 square feet. The new clubhouse will also include a pro shop consisting of 1,390 <br />square feet of retail space, club offices and storage rooms, a bar and grill, an outdoor patio, <br />event and banquet rooms, a full-service kitchen, a catering kitchen, several restrooms, and <br />a conference room.
