The Coastal Engineering Fund also saw a reduction to <br />$10,400,329, and funding for the Disabled Access Programs and Intergovernmental <br />Grants was proposed at zero. <br />The Court Facility Surcharge Fund had a slight decrease to $120,824, and the Court <br />Technology Fund increased to $300,000. Meanwhile, the Opioid Settlement Funding <br />would be managed through budget amendments due to variability. Lastly, the newly <br />established Land Acquisition Bond Series 2024 was approved for $24,780,742, with <br />remaining funds expected to roll into the next fiscal year. Overall, the budget reflected <br />adjustments resulting from changes in revenue, project completions, and the impact of <br />grant funding across various funds. <br />20. The proposed budget for the Dodger Bonds Fund was $500,000, <br />which was allocated for the debt service payment funded by the State each fiscal <br />year. <br />Next, the Land Acquisition Bond Fund, which covered the debt service for the Land <br />Acquisition Bond Series 2024 had a budget set at $1,843,432. This amount <br />accounted for the principal and interest on the bond, referenced earlier, at an annual <br />rate of 0.061%. <br />The proposed budget for the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (formerly known as <br />Dodgertown Capital Reserve) stood at $424,768. This figure represented their lease <br />obligation for capital maintenance at the Complex, which increased annually in <br />accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The increase stemmed from this <br />adjustment, although they also experienced a decrease due to the funding of extra <br />projects beyond their typical capital maintenance obligations, which were nearing <br />completion. <br />The Optional One -Cent Sales Tax Fund had a proposed budget of $53,870,236, <br />Indian River County, Florida Page 27 <br />
